- Under the Directors/ Board of Directors, CFO will be responsible for,
- Overseeing and supervising the Finance, Accounts, Internal Audit, Payroll and Cost and control department of the MAKCO group companies.
- Liaison with the Board of Directors/ Directors and the Accounts and Finance department (A&F department) of the company.
- To ensure the financial management of the company and to maximize the profitability, cash flow and investment revenue.
- To prepare and administrate the financial affairs, accounts, duties and legal issues that relate to financial affairs.
- To create the targets and follow-up the units of performing the work.
- To prepare the annual budget of the Company
- To deal with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and other related outside entities as required during the course of company’s business.
- To prepare and finalize the Balance Sheets and other statutory statements.
- To participate in the measurement of the performance and the accounting, financial and treasury forecasting and risks activities. Etc.

- Controlling the activities of on site project accountants, who will directly report to the Finance Manager/DMF.
- Preparation and overseeing the daily accounts report as and when required by the Directors of the group companies.
